You arrive at the Col de Bavella, a scenic mountain pass, 1,218 metres in altitude, on the renowned GR 20 trail. You’re welcomed by the patron saint of Bavella: Our Lady of the Snows.
The countryside is already magnificent. You start an easy hike, only 400 metres difference in terrain heading for the Paliri refuge, an authentic mountain refuge.

Lunch with a panoramic view! Sandwiches are even more tasty when enjoyed looking across a stunning viewpoint.
A remarkable geological formation, the seven sheer granite peaks of the Aiguilles de Bavella offer a unique magical landscape. Quite simply!

The hike comes to an end, you’ve back at the Col de Bavella. These four hours’ walking have made you hot.
On the way back, a swimming stop is essential. The river’s cold water invigorates and relaxes you. You’re on fine form…

You go back to your accommodation on Domaine de Bagheera. You undress and rush for a swim in the sea.
The day was fantastic. You have come back with beautiful photos, and loads of memories.

This evening, you have a romantic dinner, on the beach at La Paillotte snack bar. Because holiday evenings should be every bit as magical as the days…
