Booking conditions
1. Price and payment for your stay
The stay price is indicated in Euro, (inclusive of French VAT known as TVA). For holiday rentals, the balance of your stay is payable 1 month in advance of the first day of your stay at the latest. Means of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, cash, cheques, chèques vacances (holiday vouchers), bank transfer.
2. Changing your booking
No refunds will be given for early departures or late arrivals; the full cost of the stay, whether for a camping pitch or accommodation, shall remain payable.
3. Cancellation conditions in the event of cancellation or no-shows:

If you cancel more than 16 days prior to check-in, we will retain 30% of the total cost of the stay plus the booking fee.
If you cancel less than 16 days prior to check-in, we will retain the total cost of the stay plus the booking fee.
Terms and conditions if you have taken out cancellation insurance
You can alter and postpone your stay without incurring administration charges. In the event of cancellation owing to an accident, illness or death of a stay participant, all sums already paid will be refunded, except for administration charges and the cancellation insurance premium.
In the event of cancellation by the campsite management company, except in force majeure cases, you will receive a full refund of all sums paid. Each booking shall relate to a specific accommodation type and not to a specific rental number. An allocated rental number may therefore be changed between the time of booking and check-in.
4. Withdrawal
The legal provisions relating to the right of withdrawal in the event of distance-selling, provided for in the French Consumer Code, do not apply to tourist services (Article L.121-20-4 of the aforementioned Code). For any stay booked directly with Le Domaine de Bagheera, you do not benefit from a right of withdrawal.
5. Animals
We accept dogs at Le Domaine de Bagheera, but they must be vaccinated, kept on a lead and their waste must be picked up.
On-site rules and regulations
As required by French law, you should comply with our on-site rules and regulations, which we have filed with the local prefecture and displayed at reception, a copy of which can be sent to you on request. Management reserves the right to refuse access or exclude any person whose behaviour conflicts with naturist standards. The entire beach is exclusively a naturist beach, except for the beach on the southern side, near Bagheera restaurant. The nudity requirement does not apply to children or teenagers if their sense of modesty makes them uncomfortable with it. At our bar and restaurant and self-service areas, you are expected to be fully clothed. Photos and films are prohibited without the permission of anyone who appears in the frame. Management reserves the right to confiscate the image-recording device in the event of any breach of these rules.
For holiday rentals, check-in takes place from 5 p.m. and check-out by 10 a.m. at the latest.
For camping pitches, check-in takes place from 12 noon and check-out by 12 noon at the latest.
There is the possibly of accessing the site from 8 a.m. and leaving at the end of the day.
Traffic on the campsite must keep to the speed limit of 10 kilometres per hour (6 miles per hour). Traffic is prohibited on the campsite between 11 a.m. and 7 a.m. Please park in the car park at the entrance.
Noise/behaviour: avoid any noise which could disturb neighbours from 10 p.m. (engine, TV, radio etc.). Complete silence between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.
Insurance
Customers are responsible for arranging appropriate insurance cover. Le Domaine de Bagheera disclaims all liability in the event of theft, fire, bad weather, in the event of incidents for which the customer is liable under French civil law including where they have taken out appropriate insurance, in the event of damage due to falling branches, natural disasters or even burglary or broken windows.

During a dispute with our campsite, you can contact us in the following ways:
